An essential part of our comprehensive and thorough process, the 15-minute Discovery Call helps us better understand the details of your project and whether or not we’re a good fit! From there, we’ll share the next steps in working together.

First, we book a Discovery Call where we ask a few questions to better understand your project and ensure we’re the right designer for you!
From there, if we’re the right fit for the job, we’ll set up a time that’s convenient for you for an on-site paid initial consultation. This is an in-depth, thorough discussion of what’s working and what’s not working in your home. We hear your dreams and vision for the space and share which of our interior design services will best meet your needs. We’ll also use this time together to talk about what your investment will look like for the space.
We then provide you with a clear, detailed proposal for our services, and move forward to booking our Kickoff Meeting. At the Kickoff, we meet with all decision-makers and ask a lot of questions about how you live and work in your home. We bring samples so you can see, touch, and experience elements of the design and we dive deep into what you like and what you don’t. At this meeting, we’re also taking measurements and sharing materials we recommend for the design.
On go our creative hats with the drafting process! We develop plans and initial concepts for the bathroom and kitchen design, develop floor plans and renderings, and come back with a presentation of the concepts. Then we go into the revision phase for anything that doesn’t quite fit your vision and meet again with our final selections.
Once you’ve given your approval on the design, we move forward into bidding out the project to contractors and organizing the team for the job! We work closely with all members of the construction team and bring a strong knowledge of this process. We speak “contractor” so you don’t have to!
During the project management phase, we’re handling it all! There’s a lot happening behind the scenes with placing orders, tracking orders, coordinating deliveries and tradesmen, and more. We make the process calm and streamlined as we alleviate stress throughout the interior design process.
Final Install is when the magic happens and we’re there to ensure that it happens exactly as it’s supposed to!
